Charter Car
Luxury Sedan: $65 per hour (2 hours minimum) plus 20% gratuity
Gratuity
Our Rates Do NOT include a gratuity. At least 20% gratuity is expected for good service.
Tax
Our Rates Do NOT include a tax. 9% tax is added to the Total when paid with credit card.
Mileage Rates
For long distance trips and Point-To-Point trips where our Flat Rates dont' apply charges per mile apply as follows:
Multiple Stops
All additional stops, that add no more than 3 miles to the total length of the trip, will be charged at $20 each.
Night Charges
Additional 20% charges apply after 11:00 pm until 5:00 am.
MPEA Tax
In 1993 Chicago Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority enacted $2 departure tax for all fares leaving O’Hare or Midway Airports.
Luggage Handling
Our chauffeurs are only authorized to carry any luggage to or from the exterior front door and the vehicle.
Lost Items
At the end of the trip clients should get all luggage and personal items from the car before they leave.
Pets
Pets -- inform us in advance. Extra charge applies.
Additional Passengers
$5.00 per person charge is added for the second and third passengers.

Waiting Time for Pick up and Drop Off
Trips that do NOT originate from O'Hare or Midway:
Gate Meets
Per your request for additional charge of $30 our expert chauffeurs can meet guests at the baggage claim with a sign and escort them to the car.
Holiday Rates
$20.00 over regular rate.
Forms of Payment
Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discovery, Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks and Cash.
Area Rates
Areas that do not appear by name on the suburbs/city rates list will be quoted by zip code. Please call our office for specific rate pricing.
Cancellation Policy
* For Special/Sport Events, Weddings, Prom and all Charter reservations: If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please consider using our Contact System.
6 passengers Stretch Limousine: $95 per hour (2 hours minimum)
8 passengers Stretch Limousine: $115 per hour (2 hours minimum)
10 passengers Stretch Limousine: $125 per hour (2 hours minimum)
7 passengers SUV: $100 per hour (2 hours minimum)
10 passengers Van: $115 per hour (2 hours minimum)
12 passengers Van: $125 per hour (2 hours minimum)
15 passengers Ford Expedition: $180 per hour (3 hours minimum)
20 passengers Hummer: $225 per hour (3 hours minimum)
25 passengers Ford Excursion: $250 per hour (3 hours minimum)
20% gratuity apply for all charter per hour.
Add 9% tax to Total for Credit Card payment.
15 minutes into the hour is full hour charge.
$4.50 per mile one way, or $3.00 per mile round trip plus discounted per hour charter rate while waiting.
Stops that add more than 3 miles are subject to special quote.
This tax is added to the applicable rate for ALL pick ups at O'Hare or Midway Airports.
For excessive luggage (does not fit in the trunk of the requested vehicle) there is extra charge of $20.
The driver and the company are not responsible for any items left in the car .
We will try everything to find the items if possible and give/send back to the clients, but we are NOT responsible for anything left in the car after the trip is over.
All Concerts and Sporting Events, except when only pick up or drop off is requested, must be continuous charters.
* Pick up or Drop off Only
When only a pick up or drop off is requested and there is traffic at the venue, an additional charge of $20 will apply.
For pick up and drop off only - waiting time policy still apply for these events:
We allow 10 minutes Free waiting time after the scheduled pick up time and the applicable charter rate is charged after that, depending on the different type of car.
The first 10 minutes are FREE.
Between the 10th and 30th minutes the waiting time charge is the applicable 1/2 hour charter rate (depending on the different type of car).
Past 30 minutes apply full hour charge .
Trips that originate from O'Hare or Midway Airports:
There is grace period of 30 minutes waiting time from the reported arrival time of the flight.
After that the applicable charter rate is charged depending on the requested type of car.
Applicable for all trips from/to City and Suburbs on:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 6 PM and Christmas Day,
New Years Day, New Years Eve after 6PM, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.
Add 9% tax to Total for credit card payment.
Cancellation of reservations must be made 72 hrs in advance.
* For all Pick up and Drop off reservations:
Cancellation must be made at least 3 hrs in advance of pick up time (before driver is dispatched for pick up).
Full charges apply for reservations that have not been canceled or changed timely - they will be billed at regular rates.
